There is a false belief among people that staying idle without much activity will automatically increase your weight. It is imperative to a have a good nights sleep in order to have a healthy life. Inappropriate sleeping habits hamper the growth of your body and muscle growth. try to have fixed sleeping hours in order to give the body required rest and time to rejuvenate the energy. According to doctor’s advice, one must have 8 hours of daily sleep.
